Its exposure towards the Bécoin and Plagne 1800 chairlifts allows you to monitor the slopes opening directly from the terrace. Its proximity to the Lou Garou blue run, which leads directly to the Mélèze chairlift, makes it a premier choice for catching the first tracks of the day.

Chalet Utah (coming soon- in renovation)

Privacy and tranquility. A mineral cocoon perfect for those seeking total disconnection and an exceptional panorama after a physically demanding day on the off-piste slopes of the North Face of Bellecôte.

Frequently asked questions about your Paradiski chalet rental

1. Why choose Plagne 1800 for a chalet rental in Paradiski?

Plagne 1800, known as "the nest of La Plagne", is popular for its peace and quiet and traditional wood and stone architecture. Unlike more urban resorts, it offers an authentic experience while ensuring quick access to the Paradiski area via the Mélèzes or Plagne 1800 chairlifts. Furthermore, Plagne 1800 is only a twenty-minute walk from Plagne Centre via a scenic forest path.

2. How many guests can Chalet Dakota accommodate?

Our premium Chalet Dakota was fully renovated in 2023 to comfortably host large groups or families. It features 7 spacious bedrooms sleeping 15 people and large living areas designed for socialising after a day on the slopes of La Plagne.

3. Is the Paradiski ski area suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Paradiski offers a rare variety: protected zones for beginners (notably the Cool Ski runs), wide forest boulevards for lovely family skis, many challenging runs (especially on Becoin or the Glacier), and an exceptional off-piste area for experts. 70% of the ski area is situated above 2000m, guaranteeing optimal snow cover all season.

4. How do I reach the other La Plagne resorts from the chalet?

In addition to the slopes, free shuttles connect Plagne 1800 to Plagne Centre, Plagne Bellecote, and La Roche (for the bobsleigh track) until late in the evening. However, you shouldn't need them much as you will find all the essential shops and services within Plagne 1800.

5. Do you offer concierge or cleaning services?

As private owners, we are committed to providing an impeccable service. End-of-stay cleaning is included, and we work with Stephanie, our local contact, to handle any additional needs during your week (private chef at the chalet, in-chalet ski hire, meal delivery, etc.).

6. Where can I rent ski equipment nearby?

Several specialist shops are located in Plagne 1800, just a few minutes' walk from the chalet. We share our recommendations for partner hire shops with our guests to make their arrival easier.

7. Is it possible to rent the chalet in the summer?

Yes! The mountain experience in Plagne 1800 during the summer is exceptional: hiking in the heart of the Vanoise National Park, e-mountain biking, and refreshing altitude air. The Paradiski area becomes an incredible green playground.

8. What sets Chalet Dakota apart from a holiday residence?

This is a home that is lived-in and decorated with care. You aren't renting an apartment number, but a home with soul, a perfectly equipped kitchen, and personal advice on our "little secrets" in the resort that you won't find in standard guidebooks.

9. Is the chalet close to the ski schools (ESF)?

Yes, the ESF Plagne 1800 meeting point is easily accessible from the chalet in 3 minutes, which greatly simplifies the morning routine for families with young children. This is also where you will find the ski-lift office to obatin your lift passes.

10. What are the booking and cancellation terms?

We prefer direct contact for better transparency. All our conditions are detailed on our website, guaranteeing a secure booking without the excessive service fees found on large platforms.
