The Bobsleigh Track on Foot: A Unique Hike

This is one of our "secrets" in Plagne 1800. In summer, the only bobsleigh track in France is closed to Bobsleigh but opens to walkers. It’s a 1.5km descent that is completely safe, making it impossible to lose the children. They will love running through the high concrete bends, pretending to be Olympic champions in a unique and shaded setting.

The Magic Pool and the Bellecôte Pump Track

Just 2 minutes by car (or via the free shuttle) from our chalets for rent in the Alps, Plagne Bellecôte is a hub for aquatic fun. The Magic Pool, a large outdoor swimming pool heated to 31°C, offers panoramic views of the peaks. Valley Excursion: The Versant du Soleil Leisure Base

For a day of total contrast, head down to Aime-La-Plagne (20 mins). Its leisure base is a true oasis:
